Trust is a Reinsurance Broker licensed by the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority and located in Cairo-Egypt.

The chairman and Managing Director, holds a Fellowship in Reinsurance from The Chartered Insurance Institute, started his career with Misr Insurance Company in Egypt from 1975 till 1988, spent one year with Suez Canal Ins. co. then moved to Bahrain where he joined ARIG from 1989 till 1999.

Mr. Ibrahim A Shahid

Graduated from the American University in Cairo as a Chemical Engineer, Rasha has been in the reinsurance field for 18 years, apprenticed at the Egyptian Reinsurance Company and played, and is still playing a great role in the development of Trust Reinsurance Broker as its General Manager

Rasha Abdulshahid (ACII)

General Manager

Graduated from the American University of Cairo with a Bachelor of Arts from the Faculty of Communication and Media Arts, with a background in corporate communication, advertising, digital marketing, and PR; she has joined Trust in 2016 as a business development Director.

Heba Abdulshahid

Business Development Director

Graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Department from Ain Shams University in Egypt, 2005. Ahmed is certified with Part one (Financial Planning, Performance, and Control) Part two (Financial Decision Making) from the Institute of Management Accountants. He joined Trust as the Financial Manager effective 1st of October 2020.

Ahmed Gamal

Financial Manager

Holds a bachelor degree in law. He started his career at Trust in 2013 and is currently fully responsible for all human resources practices at Trust in addition to his recent involvement in Treaty business.

Mahmoud Hossam

Admin & HR Deputy Manager

Holds a bachelor degree in law. Mostafa started his career by managing a family business, shifting his career to the insurance field in 2016 when he joined Trust and is responsible for administrative work.
